      Here is the process to follow to get a NEO2 repaired by us is:

  • Purchase a Repair voucher below.
  • Upon receipt of your purchase we will send you a repair voucher in .pdf format via e-mail.
  • Complete the form on your repair voucher and cut out the address label.
  • Package up your NEO2 securely making sure you add your repair voucher on the inside of the package. Add the address label.
  • Send it us via Royal Mail or your preferred courier at your cost.
  • Once the NEO2 is repaired we dispatched back to you via our preferred courier at our cost.
